Do you set up and take down the water slide?
Yes. We deliver, set up, and pick up every water slide we rent, anywhere in our Central Texas service area. All you need is a flat, clear space and a nearby water source.
Do I need a hose or water hookup?
Yes, a standard garden hose connection within reach of the setup area is all that's needed. We'll walk you through it when you book.
What age is a water slide good for?
Most of our standard water slides work well for a wide age range, roughly toddler through early middle school. If you tell us the ages in your group when you book, we can point you to the unit that fits best.
Can you set up on a sloped or hilly yard?
We need a reasonably flat, level pad to anchor the unit safely. Let us know about your yard when you book and we'll help you find the right area.
Can I cancel if plans change?
