Welcome to Operation Jump! By accessing our website or renting our equipment, you're agreeing to the terms outlined below. These Terms & Conditions are in place to ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable rental experience for everyone involved. Please take a moment to read them carefully.
 

1. Website Usage

Our website serves as an online resource for party rental information and reservations. You agree to use this site responsibly, without disrupting the experience for others or violating any applicable laws.
 

2. Booking Eligibility

All reservations must be made by individuals 18 years or older. While our inflatables are perfect for kids and family events, a responsible adult must handle all booking and rental agreements. Adult supervision is required throughout the duration of the rental.
 

3. Rental Terms & Responsibilities

Each booking is subject to our official Rental Agreement, which must be reviewed and signed prior to delivery or setup.

By placing a reservation with Operation Jump, you acknowledge that you:
- Are the responsible party for the rental
- Will ensure proper supervision and safe usage of the equipment
- Agree to follow all setup and safety guidelines provided
- Assume full responsibility for the equipment during the rental window
 

4. Payment Policy & Cancellations

Deposits & Final Payments
All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations
If you cancel at least 24 hours before your event, we’ll issue you a raincheck valid for one year. Cancellations on the same day as your event result in forfeiture of all payments made.

Weather Cancellations
In the event of unsafe weather (such as heavy rain, lightning, or high winds), Operation Jump may cancel the setup at our discretion. If this happens before we arrive, we’ll issue a raincheck. If we’re already onsite, the full rental fee will be charged.

5. Delivery Timing & Setup

Our team coordinates deliveries based on geography, order volume, and event timing. Setup typically occurs 1–3 hours prior to your event start time. For high-demand dates, delivery may take place up to 4 hours early. We will confirm your window in advance, usually the Friday before your event.
 

6. Liability Notice

Operation Jump is not responsible for injuries, property damage, or any other incidents that may occur due to misuse or lack of supervision. By renting our equipment, you agree to operate it safely and assume full responsibility for all participants and attendees.
 

7. Information Accuracy

We work hard to maintain up-to-date pricing, availability, and product descriptions, but occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors and modify or cancel reservations as needed.
 

8. Customer Responsibility & Indemnity

By using our services, you agree to hold Operation Jump, its team, and affiliates harmless from any liability, loss, or expense resulting from improper use, breach of contract, or violation of our terms.
 

9. Ownership & Content Use

All content on this site—including product images, branding, graphics, and written materials—is the property of Operation Jump. You may not reproduce or use any part of the website without written permission.
